We joined the flea market for the first time at Mont Kiara on 17th Jan 2009 (Sunday). It is also known as 'ABC'(Arts, Bric-a-brac and Craft)market. Our main objective was to introduce our batik products to the community there, bringing our products to them.
The market opened from 10am till 6.00pm. It was held at the open courtyard of the plaza Mont Kiara(Sunrise Complex), by the fountain area. There were mixed of items sold from clothing, bags of various sizes, homemade cakes and cookies, fashion accessories (necklace, bracelets, etc.), toys, used books, art & craft, fruits etc. Our products were unique just 'batik' among the other sellers. And the response from customers were good too.
